Before coming to the university, I was not aware of the potential I was able to unleash in myself. Of course, before arriving I was very stressed, after all, WSG is located almost 3,000 kilometers away, so I was afraid that it would be difficult for me to find my way here, but I very quickly forgot about it. The integrations organized by the university, the support of the Welcome Center office, which helped me with accommodation, and above all the large group of students from all over the world, not only at the university, but all over the city! I am super satisfied, such encouragement gives you a kick!
Before I chose WSG, I dreamed of interesting work and opportunities for dynamic growth. I wanted to take advantage of international opportunities and develop some kind of career that would make me and my family proud. I chose the university, among other things, because of its developed internationalization and large group of international students. And today I'm happy to take advantage of this opportunity - I'm studying International Business, and in addition I'm participating in Erasmus+ international programs and trainings, so far I've been on an internship in Vilnius, Lithuania and Germany, these experiences have given me a lot of confidence and ideas. I didn't think I would be able to fulfill my own dreams so quickly!
I came to Poland seven years ago. I started with an undergraduate degree in Mechatronics. Thanks to the support of my lecturers, I decided to continue with my master's degree, although I had moments of doubt. Mechatronics is not one of the easiest areas of study, it's a lot of programming and [fill in from your own knowledge of the subject]. Fortunately, it worked out. Today I work in a company, I had no problem getting in, because in college I did a lot of practical tasks, but my dream now is to start my own startup!
