Scope of data processing
We process your following personal data: name, email address, gender, contact details, email address, data related to the educational process.
Marketing purposes
For marketing purposes, we will process your data on the basis of your consent for 5 years calculated from September 1 of the year following the date of your consent. Thanks to this consent, we will be able to send you information about our offer, events organized by us and promotions we have prepared for you.
Graduate fate survey
For the purposes of the graduate fate survey, we will process your data on the basis of the consent you have given us for 5 years counted from September 1 of the year following the date of your graduation. Thanks to this consent, we find out whether you are satisfied with your studies at our University and how your graduation has affected your career. Based on this data, we will be able to develop our offerings and adapt them to current market needs.
Implementation of educational services and archiving of data after the service has been provided
For the purposes of the implementation of educational services and archiving of data after their implementation, we will process your data on the basis of the concluded contract and the applicable laws in this regard. If you participated in recruitment and did not study with us, we will keep your data for 12 months after the end of recruitment.
TO WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
As a university, we use companies on a daily basis to provide you with the highest standard of service. Your personal data may be transferred to them for processing on our behalf. This is most often the case when we cooperate with a specific service provider (e.g. a data storage provider) or subcontractor (e.g. a marketing agency). In such a situation, the transfer of data does not entitle other entities to process the data freely, but only to use it for the purposes expressly indicated by us. In any case, the transfer of data does not relieve us, as the Personal Data Controller, of responsibility for their processing. Your data may also be transferred to public authorities, but only when authorized by applicable laws.

Provision of data for the purposes of providing educational services and archiving data after the service is provided is required by law or is necessary to conclude a contract. If you refuse to provide your data or provide incorrect data, we will not be able to provide the service.

What kind of "cookies" do we use?

For this purpose, we use the Google Analytics solution.
- Cookies of independent companies located on the Operator's websites:
- Google Analytics - web analytics cookies collect information about how visitors use our site, the type of site from which users were redirected, and the number of visits by users and the time they visited the site. Personal data collected using "cookies" may be collected only for the purpose of performing certain functions for you. Such data are encrypted in a way that prevents unauthorized access.

FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant laws of Poland, as well as the laws of the European Union, in particular the RODO (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) shall apply.
