BOF can help you resolve any issues that may arise. You can also clarify any discrepancies related to deposits in your account there.
The Study Fees Regulations contain the principles, amounts, and conditions for charging fees for all services related to the educational process.
All payment information is available on your account in the ISAPS system. Regularly monitor their status and check for updates.
Through the ISAPS system, you can also make payments and obtain an invoice.
It's better to send an email with detailed information about the issue than to wait for a phone connection.
