Is it possible to study in Poland whilst gaining professional experience abroad? The Erasmus+ programme shows that it certainly is. Dmytro Kolhushkin, a student of Management and Coaching, found this out for himself when he undertook a work placement at AZRUM Consulting s.r.o. in Prague. During his stay, he had the opportunity to learn how a consultancy firm operates, develop skills related to work organisation and the analysis of business information, and gain experience in an international environment.
The trip to the Czech capital was not only an opportunity for professional development, but also a chance to explore one of Central Europe’s most important historical and economic centres. Working and going about his daily life in an international setting enabled the student to develop his independence, language skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse environment.
