DEVICES project comitee meeting at WSG University

Last week at WSG University was certainly busy, international and inspiring. From 14 to 16 October this year, we hosted a group of nearly 30 representatives of the management and academic staff from universities in Vietnam, Cambodia, Spain and Italy. These are partners in our Devices project: Developing Education in Vietnam and Cambodia, which we have been running for two years as part of a consortium led by the University of Macerata, thanks to the Erasmus+ programme.

The aim of the project is to support our partners from five Asian universities with European knowledge and expertise in helping students on their path to the labour market. To develop employability skills, we are jointly creating and testing digital tools such as e-portfolios, online courses and micro-credentials. Within the project, WSG University is responsible for dissemination and communication, as well as for the development of e-learning courses.

Cambodia and Vietnam are countries undergoing rapid change, reforming their higher education systems and encouraging their societies to embrace lifelong learning. We are delighted to be able to support our partners with our experience as a practice-oriented university focused on collaboration with the economy and the labour market!
