From September 29 to October 3, 2025, students of the University of Economy, majoring in Tourism and Recreation, participated in the Blended Intensive Programme "Strategic Management in Tourism and Hospitality Industries" in Klaipėda, Lithuania, as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
Upon their return, they shared their impressions.
Yuliia Fediaieva: The Erasmus BIP 2025 programme provided us with an in-depth understanding of strategic management in tourism and hospitality. We gained valuable knowledge about sustainable development, smart tourism, and destination management, while also discovering the rich culture and hospitality of Lithuania. Through lectures, workshops, excursions, and interactive sessions, we strengthened our academic knowledge, intercultural communication, and teamwork skills.
Yuliia Biletska: We are sincerely grateful to Lithuania Business College for their professionalism, inspiring lectures, and unforgettable hospitality. Furthermore, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our home university — the University of Economy in Bydgoszcz (WSG) — for enabling us to participate in this programme, for their continuous support, and for encouraging international mobility.
Ivan Mishustin: This experience not only enriched our academic journey but also helped us grow personally, broaden our global perspective, and build lasting connections.
Ivan Korniienko: Erasmus BIP 2025 was more than just a study trip — it was a journey full of knowledge, friendship, and inspiration.
