As part of the Erasmus+ mobility programme, a WSG delegation, represented by Dr Ewelina Gdaniec, Representative for Development Strategy and Academic Quality, and Bartosz Szczepaniak, Director of the International Relations Office, visited Peninsula College Malaysia in Penang.
We were particularly impressed by the iconic “Ship Campus” and, even more importantly, by the institution’s “Campus-in-Industry” model, which is based on close cooperation between higher education and the business community. This approach closely aligns with WSG’s long-term commitment to building strong partnerships with employers and industry stakeholders, supporting the development of practical skills and career readiness among our students. The results of these efforts are reflected in the strong employability of our graduates and their recognition in national higher education rankings.
During the visit, we discussed opportunities for Erasmus+ cooperation, future joint projects, and the exchange of experiences in strengthening university-business collaboration.
