Incoming Students

How to Apply

Contact your home university's Erasmus or International Coordinator and confirm that WSG has a bilateral agreement with your institution. Ask your Coordinator to send an official nomination email on your behalf to our Centrum Współpracy Zagranicznej at lela.lomidze@byd.pl. Your application cannot proceed without this nomination.

Once nominated, gather the following documents (scanned copies to be attached to the application form):

  • Learning Agreement (LA) — complete the LA using WSG's current course list for the relevant semester. Sign it and have it co-signed by your home university Coordinator. You may select courses from different fields of study at WSG.
  • Transcript of Records — an official English-language document from your home university listing completed courses, passed exams, and ECTS credits earned, stamped by the university.
  • Proof of English Language Proficiency — minimum level B1 (CEFR). Any recognised certificate or official statement from your institution is accepted.
  • Application Form — send the completed form together with all documents to us.
Semester Application deadline
Summer semester  15 December
Winter semester  15 July

Your application will be reviewed within 1–2 weeks. Our coordinator will send an electronic confirmation of acceptance, followed by an official letter by email and post.
